MU professor, researchers find way to prevent deadly virus in pigs
A syndrome that makes it difficult for pigs to gain weight and reproduce was thought to be incurable. A team of researchers at MU, Kansas State University and Genus have bred pigs that are immune to the disease, an MU release announced on Tuesday.
